Terms of delivery
Your order usually arrives in about a week, depending on whether the product in question is in our own warehouse or in our wholesaler's warehouse.
- Product in our own warehouse: the order arrives -> the order is processed, packed and sent no later than the next business day -> the shipment takes 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery method.
- Product in the wholesaler's warehouse: order arrives -> order is processed / product is ordered from the wholesaler -> delivery of the product to our warehouse takes 3-5 business days -> product is sent from our warehouse -> shipment takes 2-4 business days depending on the delivery method.
Delivery costs start at €4.90. The cheapest €4.90 delivery is used for letter shipments , i.e. as a general rule for products that are a maximum of 3 cm on one side. The cheapest for all our products is €6.90, which is the DB Schenker package.
We deliver our products all over Europe. We also operate worldwide through our eBay store .
